INITIAL VISIT
You will have a consultation with Dr. Helena. She will help you determine if chiropractic care is the correct treatment modality for you. If so you will receive a comprehensive examination which may include X-rays if needed. You will receive an adjustment on your first visit if there are no contraindications to care.
CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS
Regular follow up visits after the initial visit. During each visit Dr. Helena assesses and corrects vertebral subluxuations, and monitors your progress with care.
ADJUSTMENT W/ DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
You will receive a 15 min focused deep tissue massage with the adjustment. Releasing tight muscles can help the effectiveness of the adjustment,and create longer lasting results.
ADJUSTMENT W/ DRY NEEDLING
You will receive dry needling before or after the adjustment. Dry needling is used to release trigger points in the muscles and increase blood flow. These trigger points can cause pain and restricted range of motion
