Make sure you get an email confirming that the appointment was booked.  If the booking was successful, you should get an email and/or texts reminding you of your appointment.  Please pay attention to the date you are booking so you don't show up in the wrong week. I have added a text reminder 3 hours before every appointment to make sure you don't forget!
